For information on event reservations, questions about your scheduled event, or availability inquiries please email us at schedule@umbc.edu and be sure to include your Event ID number (e.g. 2019-ABCXYZ).
UMBC departments are eligible to have two designated 25live schedulers who have the ability to request spaces. For information on who the scheduler for your department is, please contact us at schedule@umbc.edu or by phone at 410-455-3615
Event spaces in the Commons, University Center 3rd floor, and the Fine Arts Recital Hall can be reserved 365 days in advance. For best availability please book early!
